5. Identity Proof of Buyer and Seller: Government-issued ID proof of both parties, such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driver's License.

6. PAN Card: The PAN Card of both the buyer and seller, especially if the transaction value exceeds a certain limit (in India, this is typically ₹50,000).

7. Passport-Sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs of both the buyer and the seller.

8. Power of Attorney: If either party is represented by an agent, a valid Power of Attorney document is required.

9. Payment Proof: Proof of payment of the consideration amount, such as bank statements, demand drafts, or cheque receipts.

10. No Objection Certificate (NOC): NOC from relevant authorities, such as the housing society or municipal corporation, confirming that there are no objections to the sale.
